yes there is no age limit for pursuing law. Bar Council of India on the orders of Supreme Court have removed such age bar.
Hello Tyson, Yes there is no bar on age... They demand graduation with 45% but few reputed college such as DU demands graduation with 50%... So, person with 42 can too apply for Law...

This absolutely correct thatvthere is no age limit for persuing a law degree. Having said that, there are some eligibility criteria which need to be kept in mind bwfore applying for 3 year LLB.
The minimum eligibility criteria for L.L.B. course is listed below:
Successful completion of graduation in any discipline.
Minimum 45% marks in graduation are required for general category and 40% for reserved categories.
There is also a criterion for minimum marks required in graduation which may vary from institute to institute.
There is no age limit for taking admission in this course.

Hello Husky , Yes you have heard right . Recently on March 1 , 2018 the Bar Council of India passed a resolution which increases the upper age limit for Law aspirants from 20 to 22 years for 5 year integrated programmes and from 30 to 45 years for 3 year LLB programmes .
So even a person of age above 42 can apply for LLB.
