According to the official brochure, it says that your Signature image should be between 10kb to 20kb, signature dimension should be 4cms width * 3cms heinght and Signature resolution should be 140*60 pixels. If it doesn't match these but if the signature has been uploaded successfully, you have to wait to see if the application will be accepted. Because there is no correction window. But the guidelines do not mention about the dimensions. So your application might not be rejected as long as the Signature is visible and done with the running hand.
