Hello student, yes you can apply.

The rules for getting certificate from respective authority like toshildar or  collector etc as  it has been prescribed in the rules for e w S certificate, main criteria for gettingEWS certificate the candidates or  his family income will be less than 6 lacs per annum.

if your family income satisfies the prescribed norms for getting certificate then you may get it from the respective authority i.e.prescribed authority for e w S certificate
