Hey, four best of five means the four subjects in which you scored well and you have to leave the fifth subject in which you have scored the lowest which functional English in your case.

So your four best out of five percentage is 97.5 % here I have excluded your functional English marks and calculate percentage from the total of 400 marks.

Yes, you will have to see the cutoff percentage in the list and then apply and there is no issue even if you 're not from Delhi.

Along with the hostel facility  as I'm  not from delhi.. So that it will become easier for me to keep a check on those. As this is confusing me a bitI'll be grateful.

Sir please help me with this...is there an entrance exam for BA honours in political science at DU for the 2019-20 sessions?  As i saw the list of courses that are entrance based it had  BA honours in humanities and social sciences but at the same time when i saw the list of courses that are merit based it shows all the social science subjects as merit based .so please help me.  Is there a choice which way we like to apply ? Wheather it is entrance based or merit based? Also (with the PCM percentage  or the best of four subject's percentage)?

Hey Syeeda, I have researched and I got to know that you won't have to give an entrance exam for BA in Social science. But for some courses in Humanities and Applied social sciences entrance test is required. The percentage required is Best of four.please visit the link below and most of the doubts will be cleared:https://university.careers360.com/articles/du-admission
