If you're a student of NIOS, and you have already deposited fees for Class 12th and taken an on-demand exam as well but find that the "existing learner" option is not appearing in your portal, then this can be done: Technical Glitch: At times, it so happens that technical glitches do not allow options to appear on the website. Try clearing your browser's cache or using some other browser or device.
Contact NIOS Support: You would be able to contact NIOS through their helpline or email support, provide your enrollment number, payment details, and tell them that the "existing learner" option is not available to view.
Regional NIOS Office: If you still don't hear from them, the easiest thing to do would be to visit the nearest NIOS regional office and request help. Ensure that you carry all your essential documents along, such as enrollment and exam records.
