As per your question,honestly as per your low decent rank in NEET your chances to get KMMCH, mathura via NEET counselling would be low as per your low rank. But as in up, you can go with santosh university where you can get :-

1) MBBS and

2) BDS

At this particular rank. If you want to persue MBBS and BDS you can persue from this university as in UP state as in the last skill matters .
