Hi Shilpa,

Congratulations on your amazing result!

As per your percentile, your probable General rank is 9101 which is calculated keeping in mind the total number of students that appeared for the exam in the January session. And keeping this high percentile in mind, I can say with certainty that you will qualify.

But you also need to consider that your rank will change accordingly as and when the NTA will announce the final results after the April session of Paper 2. Therefore, for your future reference, here is the formula that will help you calculate your rank -

Rank Predictor - (100 - your percentile) x No. of students who appeared for the exam/ 100

B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN

Apply to Amrita University B.Tech 2025

Where, the number of students who sat for the exam will be the sum of all the students who appeared in the January as well as the April session of JEE Paper 2.

I hope this helps you out and kindly reach out to me if you have any other doubts or questions.

Hi Disha,Firstly, congratulations for that brilliant score! Now your probable rank as per your category is 4339 or 4340 but it is subject to changes according to the final result as will be declared by the NTA in April. Therefore, it is advisable for you to kindly check the prospective colleges and cutoffs only once you have the final rank. But for your reference here is the link to our JEE Paper 2 cutoff article that lists the NITs with there 2018 cutoffs - including categories, state domiciles- since 2019 cutoff is not out yet but will be somewhat around the same range as last year's. Therefore, please go through this very carefully. Link -https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planningSimilarly, SPA's cutoffs on a number of factors like the number of seats available, number of candidates who appeared for the exaam, past years' cutoffs etc. And again, since 2019's cutoff is not yet available, you can refer to this link for a better idea on the same. Link - https://www.careers360.com/university/school-of-planning-and-architecture-delhi/cut-offI hope this helps you out, please contact me if you need any more help. All the best!
