Certainly yes, there are a lot of management colleges in India that give more weightage to CAT percentile for the selection process. You can still manage to convert top B-schools if not IIMs.

IIMs are tough with low academics. However, with moderate academics, you may reach I IM Calcutta, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, IIM Shillong, IIM Lucknow and new IIMs. (Criteria of IIMs take even gender diversity and academic background into consideration, hence academics should not be considered as sole criteria).
