hello I m 4th year student in btech and completing my graduation in August 2017..but in iit they selected candidates for mtech in June??

You will have to show all your required documents at the time of counseling so on or before you will have to clear your B.Tech and admission criteria may vary IIT to IIT so it is advisable to go through the below article first to know the exact criteria and accordingly you can talk to the officials for the same -
