see 90 percentage marks in good score, however you must satisfy the eligibility criteria as well as must qualify in certain entrance exam like jee main , neet, wbjeeb etc to qualify for the admission process.

the eligibility criteria for neet exam is candidates must have passed 12th exam with physics, chemistry and biology with qualifying marks as category wise,

general category- 50% aggregate marks in pcb,

sc/st/obc category - 40% aggregate marks in pcb.

neet is compulsory to admission in any government or private medical colleges in india, so just only based on 12th score you can not get admission in mbbs or bds or any other course of health science which is under neet exam with out qualifying neet exam.

now coming to engineering entrance test, jee main is the nation wide entrance exam and most of the colleges of india has some seats reserve for jee main score holders, however to appear in jee main exam there is no specific marks required, but to admission in nits or cftis like institute you must secure 75% aggregate marks for general and obc category, 65% aggregate marks for sc/st category, or you must be under top 20 percentile in jee main exam.

now this year 2020, vellore institute of technology is taking admission based on 12th score, you may apply for it. another tier 1 institute is sastra university which 30% seats of btech course is fills by 12th score. so you may also apply for sastra university.

First of all, congrats for ur results... As u have pcmb bas ur subjects then u are eligible for both medical and engineering as well. But at first make up ur mind that in which steam u want to make career with and choose accordingly..

As u have good score then u can apply in any college but u have to clear entrance for admission..

Admission in medical and engineering colleges depends on marks score in qualifying examination...
