your marks is great and the general rank of 111 and obc rank of 46 in Banaras Hindu University PET for Master of Arts in Political Science is also good. If you haven't received a call letter from the university yet, you should probably start looking for other educational instititues which offers your degree course while keeping an eye on your inbox for the email because you might just receive the call letter any time now, may be during their third round of counselling if there is any at all.
