As per the eligibility criteria of NEET which say you must have at least 50% ( for general catogory ) aggregate in physics , chemistry and biologyfrom a recognised board , then you will be eligible to give NEET entrance exam . So as you have more than 50 % aggregate in your PCB then you are eligible to give the entrance exam , your form will be not rejected . Don't worry and do preparation for your exams by doing work hard .

in order to be eligible for NEET exam candidate must have passed their 10+2 from any recognized board with science stream subject having physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology and english , candidate appearing for 12th examination are also eligible for same , and candidate are required to secure a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in PCB subjects altogether if belonging to UR category, for OBC/SC/ST it is 40 percent and for PWD it is 45 percent.
as per your marks and category mentioned below your PCB aggregate is 52.66 which makes you eligible for same.
