Of Course, you are eligible for UPSC CDS examination you can apply for UPSC CDS examination after completing your graduate degree in any stream and also there is not any percentage bar to apply.
For Army any Graduate
For Air Force 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics + Graduation in Any stream
For Navy B.E/B.Tech Only

Yes, you are eligible to appear in CDS. But you are only eligible to join Indian Military Academy(IMA), Airforce Academy(AFA), officer's training academy(OTA) as the eligibility criteria to join in any of these academy is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree.For Indian Naval Academy a candidate must have passed bachelor's in Engineering.
