hello i wanted to know we are supposed to get our PUC study certificate counter signed? i asked one of the kea officials and he told me its not needed. just wanted to confirm

Hello,
Its better to get all the xerox documents counter signed and all the originals should be present with you at the time of kea counselling to avoid any trouble later on.
Many kea officials are present at time of counseling and you'd be seated according to your ranks, any miscommunication their can lead to losing the seat, so its better to keep extra xerox with (and all xerox countersigned)

I was talking about counter sign by BEO or DDPI. Not attestation

yes counter signed by BEO or DDPI are required for study certificate. for other documents Attestation of the required documents is enough.
