You have to buy NCERT books for your neet preparation no matter what good books you have. For neet the prescribed syllabus is ncert of all the subject. You must have all the topics of ncert on your fingertips to clear neet with good marks. After preparing ncert then you should study other study materials. So ncert are must for neet exam.
