Hello! If a candidate's DOB is 05.01.2013, Can he/she appear in 2027 Board exams of CBSE?

As per the guidelines of CBSE, the minimum age to appear in 10th examination is 14 years as on 31st December of the year of examination.
In your case it is 2027. Your date of birth is 05/01/2013. This means you will complete your 14th year by 05/01/2027
So, Yes you can appear for 2027 board exam
