Hello,
If you are given both the exams jee and neet, then it is possible for neet Councelling but you have to cancel admission of engineering, but if you are satisfied in engineering then there is no need.
Councelling fees after all this procedure, if you get admission through Councelling then refund is not given but you didn't get admission in any college then refund will be possible
