Hello, Igave 12th Maharashtra HSC exam 2 times already. First attempt was in Feb '18 and second in Feb '19. Can I reappear in July '19?

Yes definately you can reappear in class 12th Higher Secondary Certificate Examination. There is no issue of number of attempts you give in the Examination. Prepare well for your Exams.
