Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you first of all try to select the subjects that you have more interest in then try to figure out each and branch course structure then you can easily decide on that. As asked in reference of salary CS/IT branch is best as compared to every branch but it mostly depends upon the interest of student.
