Hello Namita,
It better to be prepared for the worse. As it is in course, it may or may not come. Past papers doesn’t give any sort of assurance as it is not necessary that if it didn’t come in past, it won’t come in present also.
You be prepared because just in case it comes.. as patterns of question paper change every year.
This is the best I can say, I’m sorry if you are skeptical of these areas but you should prepare them, anyway.
