see this is really difficult to say exactly which college you may get for mbbs . every year cutoff changes. and it depends on seat matrix , questions difficulty level etc. and you have not mentioned your state.

for mbbs colleges you have less chances. as most of the colleges cutoff is 420+for bds courses you have fair chances.
