With your category and your marks, you have 50% of chances for you to get through the first counselling and get the admissions into the government colleges as the cutoff for your category is less which will be mostly 350 to 400.
You can try for both all India and state quota through merit and second counselling also to get into the colleges

Cut off is high and seats in sc quota is not at high number. You may be allowed for the counselling. Keep trying till 3rd round of counselling.
