Yeah definitely you can, see JEE is not the exam where the syllabus is usually changes per year, yeah might be it can differ from the previous year through 2-3 topics but overall the syllabus will be same only and about the pattern point of view , if it changes then definitely you can easily get to know about that. As you have pass 12th in 2019 of the science stream it is good . The syllabus for the jee main will be the similar . You can prepare with the 2019 syllabus sometopic might be added or removed that's not a issue you can prepare with the 2019 syllabus
