Hello im preparing for cat ,from June and i have secured 10cgpa in 10th,93%in 12th commerce background and 8.8 cgpa in graduation bcom .How much should be my target and will i get calls from top iims at 95%+ .

You have a good academic background , to get into top iims like IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Calcutta, you should target at least around 99 percentile in CAT exam
With 95 percentile in CAT, you have chances in iims like :-

IIM Ranchi

IIM Vizag
IIM Udaipur etc

Here's a brief of admission process,
---) Appear in CAT, and after CAT, your admission in Mba in IIMS is a two step process given below:
---) First you get shortlisted on the basis of your score obtained by you in CAT, your academic profile ,work experience etc
---) Then you have to go through WAT i. e written ability test/GDi. e group discussion/PI i. e personal interview, and then you are finally selected for admission on the basis of performance in these rounds , percentile score in CAT , academic profile like percentage of marks obtained by you in class 10th, 12th and graduation and work experience etc. The admission process may vary a bit from one IIM to another.
