hello,, im searching about M.A in Islamic studies course in IGNOU,,but i couldn't find any of information regarding Islamic studies,,is this course is not available this year,,or its Change with other name. if this course is still available.,do how can i apply.

IGNOU doesn't offer MA Islamic Studies, you can check out the entire list of master's degree programs at http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/studentzone/programmes/2, you can try for Jamia Hamdard, JMI, Aligarh Muslim University, Aliah University, Osmania University to name a few.
