Hello there,
The NEET application form may get cancelled due to the following reasons:

1. The application form is incomplete. In that case it is an invalid application form.
2. If you have entered wrong information in your application form and it doesn't match with the documents.
3. If you have submitted multiple application forms.

These are mainly the reasons for the NEET application form to get cancelled. It doesn't get cancelled if you have low marks in board, unless it goes down below the cut-off marks, or doesn't match with the documents.

NEET eligibility marks in 12th considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects. The minimum requirement for the categories are:
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

Hope this answer helps you.
Good luck!!
