hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that their is no set of protocols for restricting students for persuing two degrees , many students persue two degree one distant and offline at the same time . However ,it would be very difficult to manage for you to persue two degrees at the same time , so if you can manage then you can surely go for it
