Being a student of VIT i can tell you the truth behind this 100% placement.

If 150 students are enrolled in Chemical branch of 1 batch then according to me nearly 100 or i can say 90 will register for the placements. I know you must be curious about the other 50-60 students.

Some will have Arrear , some will go for GATE or CAT and the rest for MS from abroad.

The remaining 90 students will fight for their place in the comapnies mostly IT. Somecore companies also come for placements like L&T, Glaxosmith kline, Nestle and some others.

In these core companies 15-20 students will get placed out of 90 and the remaining will join IT sector giving college a 100% placement record.
