Hello, it's me Himanshu.. I got 97.847%ile in jee mains'20 January attempt, also im from sc category.. is there any possibility of me getting Nit warangal or Nit surathkal with good branch!! CSE precisely?

From your percentile, your All India Rank seems around 22000 . But if you want CSE in NIT Surathkal or NIT Warangal , your rank should be within 15000 i.e 98.5 percentile . But if you belong to Telangana or Karnataka , then you will get NIT Warangal and NIT Surathkal respectively under Home State quota .
You would also get CSE in MNIT Allahabad , MNIT Jaipur and NIT Bhopal and so on .
