If we go through the eligibility criteria of LLB as laid out by BHU, it clearly mentions candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline securing 50% aggregate which is including all the subjects in the three years of graduation, you can exclude those in which only pass marks are required though, so if you belong to UR and have secured 49% aggregate in your graduation, then you are not eligible for LLB in BHU, check out the official website at https://www.bhu.ac.in/law/admission.html for this,
