Hello, I've scored 487/650 in Maharashtra HSC boards 2020. English -86/100, Physics-68/100, Chemistry -63/100 , Maths-60/100 ,Computer Science - 162/200 , EVS - 48/50. Do I fall under top 20 percentile of 2020. Which subjects will be taken into consideration for the same?

you have achieved a good score indeed.
Now the subjects that will be taken into conditions will depend on what you wish to study like it you want to do BSC in anything in particular like CS than your Mark's of cs + phys + maths will be noted. It's like tthat or if you wanna do Engineering than the Mark's will be considered based on your merit you obtain during the entrance only. The Mark's you score for 12th may not necessary be of much importance CS after 12 most of the institute asmittion is done through entrance u need to score well. Since you took cs I'm assuming you will go in Engineering fields n not medical so I can say most Engineering colleges will looks out at your maths and Physics and chemistry score or optional cs score.
