No, there's not 75% percentage barrier to be eligible for JAC Delhi, but yes there is percentage barrier Actually, JAC Delhi eligibility criteria is different for different colleges:-
For B.Tech in NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU
To be eligible one must pass his or her class 12th board examination with physics chemistry mathematics and English and must have got at least 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics
For B.Tech in IIIT-D
to be eligible you must get at least 80% marks in the aggregate of best 5 including physics chemistry and maths. You must also have got at least 80% or more in mathematics
B.Arch in IGDTUW
to be eligible you must have got at least 50% marks in overall in your class 12th board examination and also you must have got at least 50% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics

For admissions in B.Tech courses at NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU a candidate securing 60% or more marks in an aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and has passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level are eligible but for admissions in IIIT-D a candidate who has secured 80% or more marks in the aggregate of best of five subjects including Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and 80% or more in Mathematics in qualifying examination are eligible. The Joint admission counselling, Delhi also known as JAC, is a counselling for admission to B.Tech course in Delhi. The Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi is expected to release the application form of JAC Delhi 2021 in the last week of May tentatively.
