hello, l am from bihar. l did my 10th from bihar and currently studing in puc bangalore. l m confused if l will get a domilice status in karnataka Or not. Will l be able to apply from state quota Of both karnataka and bihar Or not?

Hi aspirant,

Following are some of the important criterias that one needs to fulfill in order to get the benefits of home domicile in neet counselling process:

  • He/she should be a native of that particular state.
  • He/ she should have completed either secondary or senior secondary education from a recognized school in the state.
  • Parents must have been working in public/ private forum in the state recognized by the state government for at least 7 years.

So following this you can get the benefits of home domicile from both the states provided that you have legitimate proof for the same.
