Hello , l have doubt that if my 12 result is in west Bengal and my pwd certificate is in bihar then can I get chance in pwd kota in all iit

Well i see that you did your 12th from west bengal , so technically your domicile is west bengal but your home statee is bihar. And as you say that you have made your pwd certificate from your home state bihar then , so i don't think that it will cause you any problem in any nit.
