------- Following is the list of documents you will be asked to produce during the NEET UG 2022 Counseling for seat allotment -
• NEET Admit Card
• NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter
• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
• ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
• Eight passport size photographs
• Provisional Allotment Letter
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
------ All the aforementioned documents are required for All India Quota or AIQ Counseling.
------- If you are participating in State Counseling, (the state of your domicile) you will have to submit a DOMICILE CERTIFICATE along with aforementioned documents.

I'm assuming that you're asking about the eligibility criteria for Gujarat NEET counselling 2022. It is as follows:
- Qualifying Entrance exam- The application seekers should have qualified for the NEET Entrance Examination.
- Educational Qualification-The applicants must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology. English are the compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks, 40% marks are required for SC/ST category candidates, and 45% marks are necessary for Physically Handicap candidates.
- Domicile- Aspirants must have the domicile of Gujarat. For NRI: (i) A candidate shall be a Non-Resident Indian, or (ii) Their parents or in the absence of their parents, their legal guardian shall be Non-Resident India.
- Age criteria - The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as of 31-12-2022.
- The candidates born on or after 02-01-2004 are not eligible for admission into MBBS or BDS Courses.
Regarding the Documents required, You should bring your following original documents along with attested photocopies of certificates:
- CLASS 10th Marks Sheet
- CLASS 10th Certificate(For date of Birth)
- Class 12th Marks Sheet
- Class 12th Certificate
- NEET Admit Card and Result/Rank letter issues.
- Eight (8) Passport Sized photographs (Same as the one affixed on application Form).
- Proof of Identity(ID Proof)
- Category Certificate(If Applicable)
