As you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as West Bengal according to your profile and your category as General.
See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly in which stream you will get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Private Colleges and Deemed Universities but very low or almost no chances in Government Medical Colleges under Home state quota as well as in All India Quota according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Last year the lowest cut-off marks was 518 for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL under Home State quota for General category.
