Bpt is 4 year undergraduate program in physiotherapy which helps patient to recover from physical illness.the eligibililty for this course is to pass 10+2 with 50 percent marks.
Dpt is diploma in physiotherapy 2 year program which may be conferred upon successful completion of 10 or 10+2 from a recognised board.
Both are job oriented para medical course but to get in depth knowledge you should go for bpt as it is 3 years course with 1 year internship you get knowledge theoratical and pratical both.

DPT is a diploma course of 2 years while BPT is 4.5 years bachelor's or degree course in physiotherapy.
Now,
BPT has an upper hand being a degree course, so I would suggest you to go for BPT dear as it's 4 year course followed by 6 months of rotatory internship.
BPT i. e Bachelor of Physiotherapy is undergraduate degree course in which you study the science of movements of body, inorder to improve the physical functions of the patient through physical forces such as mechanical pressure & mechanical forces etc without using drugs

Admission in BPT is on the basis of your marks obtained by you in class 12th board examination and also there are colleges which offer admission through entrance examination.
