Yes definitely you can get admission in such a way. There is a term called as ToC, Transfer of Credit, suppose if a candidate has already given the secondary or senior secondary examination but now he/she wants to improve the marks through NIOS examinations then the marks will be given by NIOS only for those subjects for which the candidate will be appearing again but in overall result of NIOS some credits will be transferred from your earlier result of class 10th based on the percentage achieved in it. So in this way your earlier result fo class 10th and new result of NIOS will be combined.
