Hello student,

Your predicted marks for NEET 2020 is about 303, So you may  go through the rank predictor link

Now, you are from OBC ncl category and having UP domicile please follow the link below to know previous year's cutoffs category wise for both All india quota and State quota. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up

The following factors on which the cut off of NEET depends are:

Total number of students appearing in NEET exam,The difficulty level of the question paper,Total number of available seats and your Rank in the merit list

Now, according to your marks you may not have a chance in govt. medical college because for even the obc category the cut off is high about 470+ but can try for seat in semi government or private medical colleges.

Please follow this college predictor tool to know more about the college you have a chance according to your score https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hopefully, this will be helpful. Please feel free to ask any query in the comment section.

Hey,

At first I would like to inform you that your all India General Merit rank should be in between 280999 - 321149 in NEET UG 2020.
Reference:

Hence inspite of of being reserved (OBC) category candidate I  would like to suggest you to leave the hope for getting chance in any Government Medical Colleges in Uttar Pradesh even through 85% Home State quota with this kind of performance in NEET UG 2020.

However your marks and rank are perfectly suitable to take admission in many top private MBBS colleges of Uttar Pradesh through 85% State quota under OBC category . The names of those colleges suitable as per your marks are as follow:

  • Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi (cut-off: 301 )
  • Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur (cut-off: 289 )
  • Rama Medical College Hospital, & Research Centre, Kanpur (cut-off marks: 279 )
  • Career Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow (cut-off: 226 )
  • Era Lucknow Medical College, Lucknow (cut-off marks: 273 )
  • Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College & Research Centre, Moradabad (cut-off: 238 )
  • Rajshree Medical Research Institute, Bareilly (cut-off: 220 )
  • Rama Medical College Hospital, & Research Centre, Hapur (cut-off marks: 235 )
  • Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & & Research, Lucknow (cut-off marks: 219 )
  • K.D. Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Mathura (cut-off marks: 218 )
  • Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Sitapur (cut-off: 219 )
  • F.H. Medical College, Agra (cut-off marks: 184 )
  • Prasad Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow (cut-off: 184 )
  • Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki (cut-off: 176 )
  • T.S.Mishra Medical College & Hospital, Lucknow (cut-off: 186 )
  • Krishan Mohan Medical College & Hospital, Mathura (cut off marks: 196 )
  • Saraswati Medical College Unnao (cut-off marks: 157 )
  • G S Medical College, Hapur ( cut-off: 178 )

These cut-off marks are on the basis of previous year's informations as per your category. As the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow has decided to release the cut-off marks of this year for all Government and private MBBS colleges by the last week of October, so till then we have to use the previous year's (2019) Cut-off informations to make any decision regarding your admission possibilities. You can also check these in details through the following link to ensure my assumption:

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff- up

Though the cut-off marks change every year based on several determining factors like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, toughness level of the examination, top score in NEET, total number of available seats etc,  but still I can assure you that you've definite probability to get those above mentioned colleges through State quota.

You can also use Careers360 NEET college predictor tool in this regard:

Ok, don't need to be disappointed or demoralised for your result. I can also suggest you if you've intense dedication and determination to be an eminent doctor in future, you should go for a second attempt in next year.

Think about it.

Hope this informations will be quite helpful for you.

Wish you all the best.

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs college. Since your score is 303 which is too less to get mbbs govt. Seat under any quota., so go for some other courses like bams and bhms. You can also predict your college through this link:
