hello mam I had done my 12 class in 2013 with PCM now i want to give neet in next year so for this I have to give nios exam this year but due to covid nios registration for upcoming student is not going to happn so for filling the neet form in dec whats my code and shall i eligible 2 fill form??

Hii!
In the upcoming time, whenever you fill the NEET UG entrance exam's application form, you will have to choose the qualification code as per your degree.
You haven't mentioned whether you did undergraduation during the time after 2013 or didn't go for any course.
So, if you took drop and didn't go for any course in between, your code will be 2. Else, it may vary as per the qualification accordingly.
