Greetings, yes you can apply to universities in South Korea. There are a few things that you will have to gather before applying like passing certificate, marksheets, LOR, SOP. Also, you will have to give English proficiency test such as IELTS or TOFEL. With that been said, it is always recommended to a student to get their profile check by the legitimate counselor.
