Its means the candidate's marks in physics, chemistry and biology, in total should be more than or equal to 50% of total marks of all the 3 subjects.

Hello aspirant,
The meaning of 50% of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in NEET is as follows-
Suppose you scored 50 marks in Physics, 50 in Chemistry and 50 in Biology, then combining all the marks together and then dividing by total no of subjects, that is (50+50+50)/3= 50%
You don't have to score 50% in each and every subject. It's asking about the average marks you need to score in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in NEET.
Hope, you understand the point.
Dear student,
The meaning of this statement is very simple. As it is saying that 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It means the aggregate percentage of these three subjects would be 50%.
Suppose you have 98 marks in physics , 99 marks in chemistry and 100 marks in biology then to calculate aggregate percentage of these three subjects we do the following procedure.
Agg. Percentage = 98+99+100/300*100%
Agg. percentage = 99%
This means the collective percentage in three subjects is 97%.
Hope this helps.
