Hey, in School of Open Learning, Delhi University they do not have Bachelor in Hindi honors. They BA honors in English and Political Science and BA programme where you will get Hindi as a language subject. It does not have Hindi honors course, just a general course with Hindi as one of the language subjects to choose. I hope this helped.

mai 29 saal ki hu maine 2009 me BA me addmission lia tha par me gradution cimplete nhi kr ski .1st year me political science me back aa gyi thi ..2nd and 3rd year mera complete h kya mai 2019 me BA complete kr skti hu ..?? please btaiye
