Hello My 12th %age is 95.4%, should I join chitkara university for btech cse... I'm a delhi region student.

Congratulations as you have scored 95.4 percent in your 12th exams. Further, based on your query if you are looking forward to take admission in B.Tech college then based on your 12th percentage I'll suggest you to take admission in the State University of Delhi or the B.Tech colleges of Delhi NCR as,as compared to Chitkara University they will have better job opportunities and career options .
