Hello, my AIR is 2731 and obc category rank is 702 . Can I get any AIIMS ?

Based on previous year cutoff trend and considering your marks, you will not get admission in AIIMS Delhi, but, You can get admission in other AIIMS institutes under obc category. To check cutoff of each institute please visit https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/aiims-mbbs-cut-off

Based upon the previous year cutoff you have good chances of getting a seat in one of the AIIMS institution. But nothing could be said with complete surety as every year the cutoff varies.
