The cutoffs are different for different categories. Since you have not mentioned your category I consider You to be a  general candidate .Considering you as a General candidate and the previous year cutoffs for du, you should /have to wait till the third or fourth cut off of du to get admission in good colleges of du. After the release of fourth cutoffs , you have chances for colleges  like Atma Ram Sanatan  , dyal singh college etc ..I advise you not to wait for the further cutoffs as the seats fill in the starting cutoffs for most of the colleges.
