hello my category is SEBC Maratha (not in central obc list) and my percentile 40% aggregate in pcb can i eligible only for Maharashtra state counciling for mbbs. coz SEBC Maratha have 10% reservation in Maharashtra. please answer me

Regarding NEET eligibility, candidates from reserved categories, including SC/ST/OBC, must secure at least the 40th percentile. However, with the SEBC reservation no longer in effect, Maratha candidates are considered under the general category, which requires a minimum of the 50th percentile
Therefore, with a 40th percentile in PCB and the absence of SEBC reservation, you may not meet the eligibility criteria for MBBS admissions in Maharashtra through state counseling.
