Hello, my crl rank is 6731 and obc rank is 1177. Can I expect to get computer science branch in any good IIT?

Chances with CSE branch are less as cutoffs majorly below 1000 ranks under CRL.
However, tou can surely convert IIT jammu.
Chances good with IIt Dharwad and IIT Bhilai.
You can expect EEE and Civil engineering for majority of IIT.

You can expect cs in 3rd generation iits like
- IIT GOA
- IIT DHARWAD
- IIT JAMMU.
