hello my frnd belongs to veershaiva lingayat which comes under the general category. but OBC under Karnataka govt. which category should she need to fill in application form of neet pg 2021?

If a student belongs to obc category then his/her category should be mentioned in the central list of obc caste. And since you friend belongs to general caste according to the central list therefore she has to apply as a general candidate and not as an obc candidate.
