With your score you can get NITs,GFTIs,IIITs.You can apply there for Mtech programme. It also depends on your branch whether you will get college of your choice or not.
If you want to pursue MS then you can apply for IITs as well.Though you have less chances to get Mtech at IITs but a fair chance for MS/Phd programes at newer IITs.

Hello Sreevishnu,
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level post-graduate entrance exam that is jointly conducted by the seven IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore for admission to M.Tech programmes offered by government as well as many private institutes.
GATE 2019 was organized by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in online mode on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2019.
As for your question, sorry to say but the chances in PSUs are almost non existent. You can get new IITs like Indore, etc. and also the middle tier NITs like Rourkela, Bhopal, etc
